TGM was the lead consultant for the 350 lot Highton Ridge estate on behalf of the Costa Property Group providing strategic planning surveying and engineering rezoning services together with delivering these developments on the ground. Works have included preparation of development plans with overall development cost estimates, plans of subdivision, feature survey work, civil engineering design, structural engineering, contract administration and supervision.
As part of Stage 4, TGM provided engineering design services for concrete core filled hollow block retaining walls. The walls varied in height up to four (4) metres high, retaining a road reserve.
