TGM congratulates ID_Land for their recent win at the Victorian UDIA Awards for Excellence. TGM was recognised as a consultant for The Barkly having provided civil engineering services for the 65 townhouses located on an old dry cleaning site in Brunswick.
TGM has just purchased our second laser scanner – a Faro x330 HDR. The new scanner is smaller and lighter than previous models. It is perfect for Building Information Modelling (BIM) and has already been used to deliver point clouds for a water treatment plant upgrade, a new car dealership, a netball court and a university renovation.
TGM has been recognised by Australia's leading industry development organisation, the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), at the 20th UDIA Victorian Awards for Excellence 2015. Out of the 11 awards presented, TGM was recognised as the lead consultant for two awards relating to Grand Lakes Estate, Lara. This prestigious development was awarded best in environmental excellence and best residential development.
Asset recording is the collection and display of spatial and attribute information of service authority and council assets. The information is recorded in the field, processed in the CAD environment, and supplied to the client in a format specific to Geographic Information System of each service authority.
A rain garden is generally a small structure using careful design and plant selection to remove soluble pollutants (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) and suspended solids from stormwater prior to discharge into downstream drainage systems and our waterways and bays.
TGM utilise advanced mathematical flood and coastal simulation software such as TUFLOW and HEC-RAS to accurately predict the behavior of rivers, flood plains and urban drainage environments and their impact on land usage and development.
