TGM has completed several projects using Revit. Two projects illustrating some of the benefits achieved are the Flecknoe Building Refurbishment& Additions, Federation University, Ballarat ($10.5M) and the Wyndham Medical and Services Centre, Werribee ($20M).
TGM congratulates ID_Land for their recent win at the Victorian UDIA Awards for Excellence. TGM was recognised as a consultant for The Barkly having provided civil engineering services for the 65 townhouses located on an old dry cleaning site in Brunswick.
TGM has just purchased our second laser scanner – a Faro x330 HDR. The new scanner is smaller and lighter than previous models. It is perfect for Building Information Modelling (BIM) and has already been used to deliver point clouds for a water treatment plant upgrade, a new car dealership, a netball court and a university renovation.
TGM designers use Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to create a virtual model of buildings and infrastructure prior to their physical construction. BIM reduces uncertainty and assists designers to foresee building construction issues before they occur on site: saving costly delays and rework during construction.
TGM’s structural engineering division provide expert advice and design involving modifications, additions and repairs to existing bridge structures. We also provide design and certification of new road and pedestrian bridge structures.
