Della Majella, Mt Buller

This three level thermally efficient apartment building designed by Salter Architects was engineered for construction on a difficult triangle site.

Concrete floor slabs were used to achieve structure, fire and acoustic separation. A combination of pre-cast concrete and of lightweight timber frame walls, clad with profiled metal and timber, along with concrete columns with thermal joints on the window line helped to acheive a 6-star energy rating.

TGM completed all civil and structural engineering for this project.
