Kithbrooke Park Sewer Pump Station

A sewer pumping station and rising main was required to provide service for a retirement village located in Torquay, Victoria.  The sewer pump station comprises of a 3.2m diameter x 7.5m deep wet well, associated valve pits, telemetry control, and a 150mm diameter x 3.0km sewer rising main.

Due to the length and hydraulic grade line of the sewer rising main an odour control facility was also installed to reduce H2S gases generated by the development.

The experienced TGM Water Infrastucture Group worked closely with the local Water Authority (Barwon Water) and the Surfcoast Shire to design and project manage the successful installation and commissioning of the pump station and associated works in accordance with the Authorities requirements.
