Grand Lakes Estate, Lara
TGM Group have been associated with the 800 lot Grand Lakes Estate in Lara from an early stage, being involved in the Town Planning, Survey, Civil design, Project Management and Contract Administration phases of the project.
TGM have been involved in the design of internal roads, servicing, sewer pump station & rising main design, and the extensive wetland and open water elements running through the development. Work has been completed on over 250 lots to date, with the next stage of works under construction.
Significant liaising has occurred with the City of Greater Geelong, Barwon Water and other service authorities to provide for future servicing requirements for this Estate, including a 2.5km sewer rising main, 8m deep Sewer Pump Station and over 19ha of parkland and reserves to be landscaped and provided to the community.
